Italianate: San Francisco, CA

Rare unpolished Italiante gem awaits your restoration. Built in 1882 she's bestowed with the refined grace and character that comes only through the passage of time. Detailed ornamentation inside and out with fluted Corinthian columns, dentil moldings, and carved corbels. Signature bay windows in the grand parlors and upstairs primary suite. Ceilings up to 13 feet, many with medallions and stunning period chandeliers. Fabulous location, just a block from Alamo Square and The Painted Ladies , 4 blocks to restaurants and all of your other San Francisco dreams.

These are the homes my ex-husband restored when we lived in San Francisco (we were both born & raised there). I remember when he would take me through these incredible Victorians when they had them torn down to the studs! And sometimes you would find things in the walls from 100 yrs ago. It’s what whetted my appetite for restoration, it was and still is exciting. But the history you provide just puts the spin on the top! Thank you Dustin ♥️
