Easy Peasy Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

Ingredients:


-2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream

-1 Cup Oat Milk

-1/2 Cup Organic Honey

-1/2 Tsp Mint Extract

-1 Pinch Of Sea Salt

-3.5 Oz Dark Chocolate Bar (Crushed, I Used My Meat Mallet)

-Optional Organic Green Food Coloring (I Used It For My Photo Session, But Just Made My New Batch Without It.)


Instructions:


Place all ingredients in a blender except for your dark chocolate. Using the lowest blender setting, blend until smooth. Don’t use high settings as it will clump up and it needs to be smooth.


Pour mixture into a freezer-safe container. Sprinkle with crushed dark chocolate. Cover dish and freeze at least 4-6 hours.


Stays good in the freezer for a couple of weeks as long as it's in a well sealed container to prevent freezer burn.
